WebMar 22, 2015 · The neckpain I have been experiencing for several years now (chiropractor helped but as of last year stopped helping my pain), the dizziness came on last fall and stopped me from going on my usual jogs. Standing up, turn your head opposite of the effected side/muscle. Tilt head back at a 45. Use you effected side hand and run it down the back side of your leg as far as you can. You will feel the stretch in the muscle. Good luck.
