If the computer is rebooting when the UPS switches to battery, but stays on on boots back up on battery, then the PSU should be replaced because the hold-up time isn't long enough. The ATX spec requires power supplies to have a hold-up time of 17ms, but it isn't uncommon for cheap units to have way less than that.
