As far as i remember it shoots using the internal resolution so it's fairly bigger than your monitor (it freeze the game for half a second you can see it ).
WebDec 4, 2016 · A: At the title screen, click Options, then on the left side, click Dynamic Resolution. From there you should see a button that says "Reset to default settings" -- click that. Now your game should work again. If this happens to you please let me know your slider setting and graphics card combination.

That mod allows to switch between 'modern' and 'classic' sky &fog effects through its options entry. An uncompressed file will result in a larger file size but higher quality pic without the pixelation that compressing causes. Omg I didn't knew that you can save uncompressed pictures !
