WebHi. I had the same problem. I was not able to switch to 5.1 in the main menu. So I called the old good sound settings with: Launch the Run command box and type mmsys.cpl. Click OK. I used that configurator to switch to 5.1 and that did the trick. I see it now finally in the main sound menu and its working. Hope this will help somebody too.
